Daily Living & Household Assistance
We help make life at home safer, easier, and more enjoyable.
This includes support with morning and evening routines, as well as gentle reminders for medications, meals, and appointments. We take care of light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and washing dishes, keeping the home organized, sorting groceries, and tending to plants. In the kitchen, we prepare meals or assist with cooking. We also provide personal care — from getting dressed to body care and hygiene.

Nutrition & Meal Support
We provide support with meal preparation, shared mealtimes, and established nutrition routines to promote healthy eating habits, well-being, and comfort at home.
This includes preparing meals together with or for the person in our care, sharing meals to encourage healthy eating behaviors, and coordinating grocery deliveries or meal services. We also assist in developing healthy nutrition routines and offer simple tips on dietary supplements and balanced nutrition.

Bureaucratic &
Administrative Support
We provide support in dealing with authorities, filling out forms, understanding official correspondence, and organizing important documents - helping reduce stress and avoid delays.
This includes accompanying you to government offices and institutions, assisting with applications for care services, benefits, and funding, and explaining official letters or notifications. We also follow up on applications to prevent missed deadlines and ensure proper organization of important documents. If needed, we connect you with legal professionals or arrange consultations with specialized attorneys.

Mobility & Physical Support
We help you stay active and mobile by supporting everyday movements and accompanying you to appointments or social events. This includes assistance with safe walking, standing, and moving, guided walks, light physical activities, and help with getting in and out of vehicles. We also accompany you to doctor’s visits, therapy sessions, and social activities, while encouraging regular exercise.

Emotional &
Cognitive Well-being
We provide compassionate emotional support through daily conversations, a reliable presence, biography-based activities, and guidance during times of loss, after hospital discharge, or other life changes - helping to ease depression in later life and promote stability. This includes motivating conversations, personal or digital exchanges, gentle routines for relaxation and orientation, support during grief, memory training, journaling, and, when needed, coordination with psychological professionals.

Social &
Cognitive Stimulation
We stimulate the mind and senses through creative activities, reminiscence work, and social interaction — helping maintain cognitive health, reduce loneliness, and enhance overall well-being. This includes reading aloud, music and creative projects, memory games and light mental exercises, organizing photos and personal belongings, as well as encouraging hobbies and personal interests.
